The tablets works like a wonder. I have actually taken this earlier for my father-in-law and he was not very positive, however, when I tried it on myself, it did wonders on my stress. The effects seems subjective from person to person, but the formulation works. Those who feel disoriented, can try with lower dosage, that is my personal opinion, but always take a consultation from Dr before you try this out.
