2 cups grape tomatoes, or halved tomatoes
10 ounces pasta
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 medium shallots, diced
¼ cup freshly cut parsley
8 large cloves garlic, diced
Sea salt and black pepper
3-4 Tbsp flour (oat flour)
2 cups Homemade Hemp Milk
HOW TO MAKE:
In a large pot, bring water and a pinch of salt to a boil to cook the pasta until done. While the water is
heating, in another pan sauté the shallots in coconut oil until transparent.
Add the garlic and tomatoes and sauté for a minute. Slowly add in the milk and bring it to warm,
and whisk in the flour. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Plate the pasta and pour on the sauce. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and hemp hearts.
